After 6 wks, they came to install but they couldn’ t get it done because most of the blind they got were wrong measurement; they also cut the rods too short that I ended up replace some of the rods. Also, she sent email she said she will come and I took days off from work and she didn’t show up. 4 months later, she sent another lady come over, this lady told me, b/c the other lady is new in business therefore she had all the measurement wrong, she will fix them for me, and at that time, I wanted to add the sheer, therefore she said she will charge me $2500 for everything, and I can deduct from the original contract with the other lady for replacing the wooden rods beaucase she cut it short. In April,07 the job almost completed, I deduct $600 from the $6100 for the wooden rods and the extra rings I paid. Now, the original lady send that $600 to collection, what will happen to me?

I have a carmel wall living room with “paprika” colored couches. The trim in the room is white (we’re not painting it, even though we should) and the blinds are a dark wood (almost purple). I’m having trouble with the curtain design. We bought the drapery hardware before the curtains were picked out - nice wooden rods. The rod is too big for typical “pocket” valences or sheers. And with pinch pleat drapes, I don’t like how the hook shows when you clip on the ring. And colors … I found some curtains that matched the color of the couches, but it was too much of that one color. I’ve tried paisley sheers that had both the carmel and the paprika and even the purple to blend with the blinds, but the pocket was too small. I’m getting frustrated!

This is an odd question but i’m so confused. I’ve got some new curtains for my bedroom and i’ve decided to replace the curtain rails too. I bought 2 new rails from argos that come with wooden rings and have a little metal ring at the bottom. There’s no way to actually hook the curtains up to them though. Is there some other attachment that i need to buy, that hooks on the metal and can also hook onto the curtain?
