Given the size of the job I can appreciate trying to save a buck or two but you can see that this has led you into a huge service and responsiblity issue. We do get what we pay for. You,of course, can fight this through attorneys but it will cost you even more but it does sound like you might have an issue here. If the company isn't respectable you may pay for something you will never get back. You also have to get in touch with both parties you are working with to see why you are responsible for the $600. It's an easy fix but time consuming. Try to make sure you aren't spending more to fix it. And the next time, only deal with reputable dealers.
