how do u pick a master lock?

i have a ring off a notebook and a thick metal peace. like the ones you would lock a wooden box. there small and gold. i ve tried everything but nuttion will work.
it is a number 130

  4. There are special tools made just to do that with. And, Master Locks are not real easy to get into anyways. Leave it to a locksmith,you won’t get it open that way, sorry.

  5. Bolt cutters. Locks keep honest people honest,if a thief wants
    it he uses bolt cutters. Master locks are not easy, most locks
    turn to the right to open,usually tumblers are only on one side of the lock,so with slight pressure to the right on the center mechanism and a small piece of metal to trip the tumblers and alot of practice “you can do it”. personally I use a box staple and a paper clip.Good Luck.
